Career Guidance is a capacity building project which aims to establish and implement innovative career guidance strategies within VET providers across Western Balkan Countries (Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo).

In particular its objectives are:

• Enhance Career Guidance Skills
• Promote Knowledge Transfer in International Preparation
• Establish EU-WB Networks for Job Opportunities

Though this two years projects, European and Western Balkans partners will work together to reach the following project results:

1. Career Guidance for VET – Online Learning Platform: Learning modules for International Career Guidance
2. Training program: Raised awareness on the CG approaches in EU through staff mobilites
3. Online Library of Career Guidance Strategies: Development of Career Guidance Strategies for VET WB
4. Experts Kit of resources for International opportunities: Online Repository with resources for International Career Development
5. Policy Recommendations: Creating Community of VET centers and alumni interested in international Careers
